Club History

ALBION SC was formed under the Peninsula Soccer League in 1981. It was one of the first large competitive clubs in San Diego and quickly became the top program in Southern California. In 1998 ALBION SC hired Technical Director, Noah Gins to take over and professionalize the club, develop a club wide curriculum and develop players and teams to play at the highest level in the US. At present, ALBION SC in San Diego boasts over 2,000 players competing on 150 competitive teams across Southern California.

In early 2019 San Marcos United - became a part of the ALBION SC family forming ALBION SC North for the purposes of providing a framework to grow the club and compete on an elite level. We felt that the North County youth soccer community was looking for something different and ALBION SC North set out to fill that need by offering our member families a unique club experience with superior technical training for our players.
